According to The Collider, Warner Brothers is looking to bring Donald Glover, AKA Childish Gambino into doing a Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory spin-off.
The other actors potentially to be cast in the film? Ryan Gosling and Erza Miller.
Though the Roald Dahl classic has been covered by both Gene Wilder and Johnny Depp, it seems a little soon to be doing another, but if anyone would be committed to the role, it would be Donald Glover.
Not only is he going to be voicing Simba in the live-action The Lion King, he also took on the role of Lando Calrissian in the Star Wars prequel about Han Solo, so we're sure he'd study up, and we're sure he would be great at singing "Pure Imagination."
