Gwen Stefani is using her Las Vegas residency to give kids affected by cancer another shot at fighting.
Cure 4 The Kids Foundation is Nevada’s only childhood cancer treatment center and facility for pediatric catastrophic diseases.
Both the organization and Gwen are working together closely for childhood cancer treatment and research. One dollar from each ticket sold from her residency goes towards the Cure 4 The Kids Foundation’s cause.
“Certain things happen in life, especially I feel like in my life, that just feel meant to be and this is one of those,” said Gwen in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
“It’s amazing. To have someone like Gwen Stefani support our organization and bring awareness to what we do here is remarkable,” said President and CEO of Cure 4 The Kids Foundation, Annette Logan-Parker.
Cure 4 The Kids Foundation was founded in 2007. Its main focus is to not only treat kids with cancer, but to also work with them and their families during their fight. Its Summerlin location is on One Breakthrough Way Las Vegas, NV 89135.
It also conducts clinical studies to better treat and know different types of cancer. (For more info on Cure 4 The Kids Foundation click here).
