Need A Babysitter? Well, That’s Cheaper In Vegas
You want to head out on the town, but you’re just not sure you can afford someone to watch your little tax deductions bundles of joy? Good news: you’ve picked the right place to live!
The nice people at Urban Sitter do an annual study on the costs of babysitters around this great land of ours. Nationally, you’d drop an average of almost $18 an hour for one kid and over $20 an hour for two.
Here in the Vegas Valley? Hiring someone to watch your only child will “only” set you back 11 smackers an hour. You’ve got a pair of kids? A little under 15 simoleons an hour.
That’s still not cheap, but picture having to live in San Francisco and pay almost double that.
Makes you feel a little better about things, doesn’t it?
