Home Depot Inexplicably Selling 6-Foot Crab Statue

Yesterday, Shawn saw this show up in his “SlickDeals” app, and his mouth went agape. Turns out he wasn’t the only one. For a reason we can’t quite understand, Home Depot has begun selling a gargantuan 6 foot wide Giant King Crab Statue. The reviews are hilarious, but there’s no way of knowing if any of them plunked down the cool $1539 on the resin and fiberglass reinforced crustacean.

He’s got the jaw of a T-Rex and the gut of a man without a cause. Joey Chestnut, the king of the yearly Hot Dog Eating Contest on July 4th, was in Las Vegas yesterday in celebration of the new Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers on the Strip, and set a world record while he was there. He downed 44 Cane’s chicken fingers… in 5 minutes. Crazy, right? Here’s the craziest part… he’s disappointed! He planned on eating 50! He wants to return and reach his goal. In case you were wondering, 44 chicken fingers at Raising Cane’s comes in at a whopping 6,160 calories.

Laura Nuttall has had a tough go. Diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme (terminal brain cancer) in 2018, she was told she had less than two years to live. Well… it’s 2022 and the 22 year old is still alive and thriving, taking on any new thrill and challenge that comes her way on her borrowed time. One of her biggest “wishes” was to do the weather on the BBC. So, a few days ago, she got the chance, stepping up to the map and giving the day’s forecast. Laura has had two major brain surgeries, 11 cycle of chemo, and spent a third of a year in treatment… and she’s still kicking all kinds of ass. We love Laura!
