Lunchables Sends LVMPD Officer A Ton Of Snacks
METRO OFFICER GETS A FRIDGE FULL OF LUNCHABLES
Last month News 3 did a very cute story on Officer Samuel Wittwer with Metro’s South Central Area Command. Officer Wittwer took it upon himself to pass out Lunchables to kids in underprivileged areas. He was doing it on his own at first, then Target started to give him the snacks to distribute for free… and now Lunchables themselves are getting in on the action. The fun boxed lunch company delivered a big Lunchables-branded fridge to his department, filled with a couple hundred of their product, along with a $10,000 donation in his honor to Three Square Food Bank. Three Square estimates over 100,000 kids go hungry on a regular basis in our community. You can donate to the cause. Every dollar donated equals three meals to families in need.
NEW SURVEY SHOWS PEOPLE THINK THEY CAN GUESS THEIR SIGNIFICANT OTHER’S PASSWORD
A new survey from OnePoll shows the science behind our passwords. The study, which polled 2,000 people, found that nearly 80% of people have six or less passwords that are their go-to, with many of them being variations of the same thing. An interesting finding though: the average person thinks they can guess their significant other’s password in five guesses or less. New version of Name That Tune? We’re here for it.
KNOCK KNOCK… WHO IS IT… A BEAR?
If you have a video doorbell you never know what it’s going to capture. One South Carolina woman was stunned when she looked at her camera and, lo and behold, a bear was standing on its hind legs and rang the doorbell. The bear got impatient and scurried away (not after taking out some bird feeders). Technology can be un-bear-able sometimes. Get it?
