Martha Stewart at the Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Woman of Leadership Award on March 11, 2022 in Washington, DC honoring Diane von Furstenberg.

Martha Stewart has done it all – cookbooks, television shows, time in prison. Don’t even get me started on her long-standing friendship with Snoop Dogg. This woman is an icon.

Now, Martha can add another notch to her belt, as she prepares to open her first-ever restaurant, The Bedford, at Paris Las Vegas this weekend. According to Paris’ website, “The Bedford by Martha Stewart draws inspiration from her 1925 country farmhouse, including an accurate replica of her own brown faux-bois dining room. Martha’s functional and practical lifestyle takes center stage in her thoughtfully appointed décor. Prepare to dine from a menu of Martha’s signature recipes featuring some of her favorite fresh and locally-sourced dishes.”

One of my favorite attributes of this restaurant is the truly personal touch that Martha has put on it. The menu features numerous dishes straight from Martha’s personal go-to recipes. According to Fox5, Martha says that The Bedford’s menu will be “delicious, depicting the very same kinds of foods I serve my friends and family.”

The Bedford by Martha Stewart will officially open to the public this Saturday, August 13th, and the restaurant seats 194. Dinner will be served starting at 5:00 PM until 10:30 PM. Reservations are available now and can be made HERE.

This might sound silly, but I genuinely want to try the dishes I know she makes for her friends and family. The fact that Snoop Dogg has sat around her table and potentially eaten the very same upside-down lemon meringue pie? Beyond dope.
