Gordon Ramsay Celebrates Birthday, Opens 6th Las Vegas Restaurant
Today we celebrate the birth of celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay, as he rings in his 56th year! The Las Vegas restaurateur is celebrating in a big way this week, as he prepares to open his brand new Las Vegas restaurant, Ramsay’s Kitchen.
The opening of his sixth restaurant in Las Vegas has been highly anticipated, with little information disclosed as far as an official opening date. However, according to Eater Las Vegas, Ramsay’s Kitchen will open inside of Harrah’s Las Vegas on November 10th with a “soft opening.”
It sounds as though his sixth Las Vegas restaurant will offer a dining experience unique from his five existing Sin City eateries. Fox 5 reports that a press release on Ramsay’s Kitchen states that the new restaurant “offers a glimpse into Chef Ramsay’s personal kitchen and takes guests on a culinary journey inspired by his travels around the world.”
His five current Las Vegas restaurants include Gordon Ramsay Steak, Fish and Chips, Pub and Grill, Burger, and Hell’s Kitchen. While I love how blunt the names are for most of his Vegas dining establishments, I’m excited for the element of surprise to come with the Ramsay’s Kitchen menu. What kind of dishes can we expect to be offered? We’ll find out for ourselves soon!

The menu doesn’t disappoint with small plates, salads, entrees, pizza, pasta and risotto and seafood.
Dinner Recommendations:
Under small plates, the Minestrone soup is simply delicious. The base of the soup includes hearty vegetables, beans and tomato broth.
Under pasta and risotto, the Risotto Primavera, takes your taste buds to the next level. The dish includes spinach, portabella, squash, zucchini tomato, peppers and parmesan.
Under pizza, the Four Cheese, was thin and airy. The pie includes parmesan cream sauce, gorgonzola, ricotta and mozzarella.

Spiedini Bellini: Fresh Peach Puree and Peach Prosecco
If you’re a lemon drop fan, this is the martini for you.
