To top it off, Ms. Stephens was walking towards an SUV with a trailer attached while wearing a hazmat suit! It sounds like something out of a movie!

According to KAXN, Ms. Stephens was charged with two offenses that day – illegal dumping (a Class B misdemeanor) and violating Texas health safety code (the specifics are unknown). She was booked last week and then released early the next day – probably without having paid any bail or fines. It appears that she got off easy this time around!
