The Lovers & Friends Festival is coming back to Las Vegas, and we’re ready for the glorious one-day festival that promises to jam-pack the biggest names in ’90s and 2000s rap and R&B music!
The festival lineup announced today, and it didn’t disappoint. Everything from the artwork of the flyer to the actual announcement of the artists ignited chatter online. Instantly a rush of excitement, energy and even skepticism emerged on social media.
This year’s lineup includes Mariah Carey, Missy Elliott, Usher, Christina Aguilera, Summer Walker, Jhene Aiko, Miguel, PartyNextDoor, Remy Ma, Chris Brown, Shaggy, Sean Paul, Lil Jon, Bryson Tiller, Nelly, Busta Rhymes, Flo Rida, Master P, Jagged Edge, Kevin Lyttle, 702, Lil Kim, Eve, Boyz II Men, Bow Wow, Da Brat, Soulja Boy, Omarion and so much more!
It’s an unbelievable lineup. Last year, many people — who saw the Lovers & Friends Festival’s 2022 lineup — were shocked and questioned the legitimacy of this music festival. However, the music festival happened and the amazing lineup was legitimate. But, there were some bumps in the road, however. There was a moment of fear when a “fake shooting” incident caused the large crowd of festival-goers to disperse, run and panic for a brief moment. Along with this, many people complained about the festival’s lack of shade, water stations and other accommodations.
Well, hopefully the festival organizers learned from their mistakes and will ensure that this year’s festival goes smoothly. Although, is there ever a large music festival that goes completely unscathed?
Presale for tickets start Jan. 20. General admission starts at $250 with the price increasing with each tier level. Upgraded tickets with VIP accommodations or other extra perks will be more expensive as well. GA+ starts at $465 and VIP starts at $565.
