The 2023 Pro Bowl Games has named its official team captains!

Snoop Dogg and Pete Davidson will be going head-to-head as they captain their teams to victory at this year’s NFL Pro Bowl Games at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

According to PEOPLE Magazine, Pete Davidson will be acting as the NFC captain alongside head coach, Eli Manning, and Snoop Dogg will captain the AFC alongside head coach, Peyton Manning.

As for each celebrity’s reasons for accepting the prestigious positions, their motives vary. Davidson is inspired to lead his team to victory for his family and provided a very on-brand answer, stating “I’m doing this to impress my Uncle Mike.” For Dogg, his acceptance is fueled by the pure fire of competition. “I’m comin’ back to the NFL field, but this time, instead of performing, I’m going head-to-head with Pete and competing for the title of The Pro Bowl Games Champion,” he stated to PEOPLE Magazine. “The competition is going to go off, but we all know that Peyton and our AFC squad are gonna do some big things. We’ll end up on that podium.”

For the second season in a row, Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas will host the Pro Bowl Games. PEOPLE reports that players from each conference will be featured, including Patrick Mahomes, Josh Allen, Joe Burrow, Tyreek Hill, Davante Adams and Travis Kelce for the AFC, and Jalen Hurts, Geno Smith, Kirk Cousins, A.J. Brown and Jason Kelce for the NFC. That is, unless any of these players make it into Super Bowl LVII, which will place on Sunday, February 12th.

The 2023 Pro Bowl Games will begin airing live on ESPN starting Thursday, February 2nd at 7:00 p.m. EST, with the official non-contact flag football game airing Sunday, February 5th at 12:00 p.m. PT. Get the popcorn ready, because an epic head-to-head battle between Snoop Dogg and Pete Davidson alongside their respective teams is sure to deliver some epic entertainment.

The Most Disrespectful NFL Fans, According To NFL Fans

Whether you are a fan of the Steelers, Patriots, Cowboys, or any other team in the NFL, you know that emotions run high on game day. It’s no secret that rivalries between fans of different teams can be intense. But what happens when fans take things too far? NJ.Bet recently surveyed NFL fans to find out which fan bases are the rudest in the league. Let’s take a closer look at their findings.

The Worst Offenders: Steelers and Raiders Fans:
In a survey of over 1,000 NFL fans from around the country conducted by NJ.Bet, Steelers, and Raiders fans were identified as the most disrespectful in terms of behavior. 40% of respondents said that they had seen Steelers fans behaving disrespectfully at games and 36% said they had witnessed similar behavior from Raiders fans. This is not surprising considering that these two teams have some of the most passionate fan bases in all of professional sports.

The Least Rude Fans: Packers and Vikings Fans:
On the opposite end of the spectrum were Packers and Vikings fans, who were identified as being among the least rude of all NFL fan bases in this survey. Only 10 percent of respondents said that they had witnessed bad behavior from Packers fans and 14% said they had seen it from Vikings fans. These two teams have long been rivals, but their rivalry has kept itself mostly clean over the years.

Surprisingly Rude Fans: Eagles and Dolphins Fans:
While one might expect teams with strong rivalries like Cowboys vs Redskins or Jets vs Patriots to have some of the most disrespectful fan bases in football, NJ Bet’s survey showed otherwise. Surprisingly enough, Eagles and Dolphins fans ranked among some of the rudest fan bases in terms of bad behavior at games – with 23% saying they had seen disrespectful behavior from Eagles fans & 25% saying they had seen it from Dolphins fans – despite neither team having an especially heated rivalry with another team in their division or conference.

All told, while there are certainly many passionate NFL fanbases across America, according to NJ Bet’s survey, it appears that Steelers and Raiders remain atop this list when it comes to bad behavior at football games. No matter which team you root for on gameday – make sure you always stay respectful! After all, sportsmanship is just as important as the passion for any true football fan!
