It's no secret that I have a "healthy" obsession with Beyoncé. She is the "queen" after all. I bought a cardboard cut out of her and brought her with me to my bachelorette party.
I literally brought her to the hotel, to the club and even to the pool. Bey wants to party so we weren't leaving my girl behind.
When her latest album, 'Renaissance' came out my girlfriend and I threw an album release party! We all dressed up like our favorite "Beyoncé" era.
We were patiently waiting and crossing our fingers that a tour announcement would follow. That was over 6 months ago. We didn't lose faith that Bey would announce she was hitting the road... Our dreams came true when she finally announced and on top of that... She was coming to LAS VEGAS! (though we would have traveled anywhere.)
As dedicated Bey-hive members we are signed up to all of the official clubs while staying up-to-date socials. We still haven't received access codes to buy tickets in the presale. We aren't giving up yet! I decided I need to go a step further and get a Beyoncé tattoo to bring me good luck. I reached out to a local tattoo artist in town, Nolan Vicuna to see if he would come into the studio to help me prove my love to Beyoncé. We went LIVE on Twitch, Instagram LIVE and Nolan went to work on tattooing my middle finger.
The number 4 if you are wondering if super important to both, Jay-Z, and Beyoncé. Her birthday is September 4, which is the day my husband and I got married. Talk about a sign! Jay-Z's birthday is December 4 and her mom's birthday is January 4. They also named their Daughter Blue Ivy (IV is the roman numeral for 4). I wish y'all luck on getting your tickets to see Bey.

As one of the biggest pop stars in history, Beyoncé Knowles Carter has made a name for herself as a multi-talented singer, actress and fashion icon. However, her greatest asset may be her fixation on the number four. This special numeral has appeared throughout her life and career, from her music to her marriage to billionaire rapper Jay-Z.
Let’s take a closer look at the obsession.
Beyoncé’s obsession with the number four can be traced back to her birthday—September 4th—and has since been infused into all corners of her life. Since she was born on the fourth day of the ninth month, she’s adopted “IV” (Roman numerals for four) as part of her brand identity—you can find it everywhere from her clothing items to album titles. It also appears in many places throughout Jay-Z’s work too, such as his debut album Reasonable Doubt, and their joint album Everything Is Love.
The couple even released an internet-shattering Tiffany & Co campaign featuring Beyoncé wearing a stunning Tiffany Yellow Diamond ring—the fourth woman in history to do so after Audrey Hepburn, Elizabeth Taylor and Lady Gaga! Her love affair with jewelry doesn’t end there either; Queen Bey is known for wearing statement pieces like diamond rings and earrings that feature large numbers or Roman numerals on them.
So why is Beyoncé so obsessed with this particular number? Well, it could have something to do with its deep symbolism in numerology—the study of numbers and their meanings based on Biblical references. In this system, four represents hard work, justice, and protection—all qualities that resonate strongly with Beyoncé’s values and goals in life. Plus, it just looks cool! Who wouldn’t want such an iconic symbol representing their brand?
Being a huge fan of all things Beyoncé I too have a connection with the #4. It is my angel number. "An angel number is a repetitive or predictable sequence or pattern of numbers, like 1111, 777, 5656, or 321. The numbers might show up randomly all over like price tags, phone numbers, clocks, or license plates". And my husband and I got married on 9/4 (Beyoncé’s birthday). Coincidence? I think not. ;)

Here’s What You Missed On Aimee+Shawn This Week
This week's Aimee+Shawn started with a crash, continued with a great night out, and ended with Aimee wanting to permanently mark her body in honor of Beyonce. We'll explain.
Let's start with the crash. Shawn got really lucky over the weekend. After waiting for three and a half hours for his car to get tinted, he came out to a beautifully tinted car. But before he could get behind the wheel, he watched in slow motion as an SUV tapped his bumper in front of his eyes. Now Shawn is beside himself and now he's trying to figure out who to blame. Obviously the guy hit his car... but his car was parked illegally. What do you do? What. Do. You. Do?
It was a much better weekend in Aimee's house - or rather, on the opposite side of the valley from her house. Her son won all of his football games and earned not just one, but two trophies. These are the first trophies of his football career, and with good reason. Aimee won't allow participation trophies into the house.
Aimee blew Shawn's mind during the show this week. Why? Ever have brussel sprouts? You thought you did. But wait until you find out you've been saying it incorrectly all this time!
We had a serious debate about relationships and trust: do you share your password with your spouse or not? For Aimee it's about trust... and for Shawn it's about not trusting. Which is it? Do you share your password?
The week ended with Aimee making a date with destiny. In honor of Queen Bey, Aimee plans on getting a tattoo with Beyonce's favorite number. Shawn could only sit back in amazement.
