Going Through A Break Up? ‘Jaded’ By Miley Cyrus Is For You
We as humans need an outlet to express our feelings and music is often a remedy for this. Heart break sucks. Plain and simple. Your girl, Miley, yes Cyrus, knows this feeling all too well. Her relationship with former husband, Liam Hemsworth ended back in 2020 after a 10 year run. And the hurt was real.
The “See You Again” singer has been lying low since her latest album, ‘Plastic Hearts’, released in 2020. Until fans got wind of a new music. Our ‘Bangerz’ queen has risen from the ash with the release of her eighth studio album, ‘Endless Summer Vacation.’ And if you know anything about Miley, she goes big! The date of her release is March 10 and that’s not the only celebration happening. It’s also Liam’s birthday… Happy Birthday Liam!
March 10 marks a new chapter not only for Miley but for you. The album features 12 new tracks including:
- “Flowers”
- “Jaded”
- “Rose Colored Lenses”
- “Thousand Miles” (ft. Brandi Carlile)
- “You”
- “Handstand”
- “River”
- “Violet Chemistry”
- “Muddy Feet” (ft. Sia)
- “Wildcard”
- “Island”
- “Wonder Woman”
- “Flowers” (Demo)
You can hear the new album on all streaming platforms. Her song “Jaded” is the second track off of ‘Endless Summer Vacation.’
Grab your tissues and let’s cry! “Jaded” reminisces about the roller coaster of times spent with a former partner. A line from the chorus states, “I’m sorry that you’re Jaded, I could’ve taken you places.”
The song emphasizes the grieving process one goes through by learning to live without their former partner. Jaded talks about growing up and learning from past mistakes.
This line, “I won’t lie, won’t be easy, when somebody new’s on your body” hits deep. We have all been there where we wish things would have gone differently but everything happens for a reason. When one door closes another one opens.
We as humans have the instinct that we can help people. In the song we discover that sometimes we can’t influence the potential growth that we were hoping for and that it’s out of our control.
We are loving Miley Cyrus’ new album and wish her all the success!
