All hail Cher! The diva of all divas and Hollywood legend may be considering a residency in Las Vegas once again. A few years ago, she considered retiring, but she’s still got so much energy that she wants to go back to work. Cher has been doing her thing since the 1960s! We can only imagine what kind of show she would put on in Las Vegas. Would it be like her last residency here?

If you’ve ever seen one of Cher’s performances, you know they are always memorable. Whether it was her iconic performance of “Believe” at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards or late-night shows, Cher puts on an unforgettable show every time. Her voice, stage presence, and eye-catching costumes make for an amazing experience—which is exactly what we could expect from an extended residency in Las Vegas.

There’s no doubt that Cher has staying power like no other artist out there today. Not only does she have decades of music under her belt  “If I Could Turn Back Time” and “The Shoop Shoop Song” but also countless awards and recognition from the music industry as well as other organizations such as the Kennedy Center Honors and the Academy Awards. At 73 years old, she still looks incredible and has plenty of energy to keep performing—which is why a residency in Las Vegas makes perfect sense for this ageless icon.

It will be interesting to see if Cher does indeed take up a residency in Las Vegas—and how long it lasts! There’s no doubt that fans from all around the world would flock to see this living legend perform live on stage one last time. Until then, all we can do is wait cross our fingers and hope that Cher calls Las Vegas home… least part time.
