2 Nevada Italian Restaurants Named the Best in America
Italian food makes for a very romantic dinner. Nevada and, specifically, Las Vegas, have some great Italian restaurants, and now, one of theme has actually been named one of the top 20 best in America.
TastingTable.com conducted a study to determine the 20 best Italian restaurants in America. “Based on the beauty and simplicity of fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the joys of sharing food with others, Italian food is almost universally known and beloved,” they state in the article. “Its history can be traced back to the Roman Empire with a cookbook from the first century B.C.”
They also state that Italian food is the second most popular kind in America. That’s makes finding a good Italian dish easy. “Finding the best, though, is a different challenge,” they write. That said, they scoured the country to find the best Italian restaurants overall.
As it turns out, two of the best Italian spots are in Las Vegas. One is Brezza, with the publication saying, “With seasonality and sustainability as priorities, chef Brisson’s menu features an assortment of raw options, including tuna carpaccio and fresh oysters; salads like Caesar and heirloom Caprese; and pasta dishes that range from classic bucatini all’amatriciana to luxurious lobster campanelle.” The other one is Esther’s Kitchen, with Tasting Table saying, “At Esther’s, the housemade sourdough bread is served with an assortment of spreads, like anchovy butter with capers and parsley or basil ricotta with herbs and basil oil. Sourdough is also the base for the house pizza, including one topped with Brussels sprouts, fontina, rosemary, and fingerling potatoes.” How amazing does that sound?
