‘Superman’ Lives In Henderson: Dean Cain Moves To Seven Hills
Look! In Seven Hills! It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s the guy who used to play Superman! No, not that one. Or that one. And no not any of these ones. Dean Cain, that one. Yeah, he’s over living in Southern California and has bought a new pad in Henderson.
Dean just plunked down nearly four million dollars ($3,995,000 to be exact) on a pretty swanky pad. The 6,557 square foot home is absolutely gorgeous. Featuring 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, the home has a “walk on water” entry with a walkway flanked by water features on either side.
Once you get inside, the home is modern and drool-inducing. High ceilings, a feature wall featuring what appears to be a large TV that is dwarfed by the grandness of the room, expansive bedrooms and a modern kitchen. Strip views, yep. Home theater, you bet.
Walking outside, you’re greeted with several gorgeous features. Superman will be able to blast off from his rooftop deck or second floor walkway, with a spiral staircase to his pool and putting green. The pocket patio doors to the dining and living area open up to make the outside feel in, and inside feel out. It really is an incredible house, and likely a fraction of the cost that it would be in Malibu, where he just sold his place.
Dean is joining Mark Wahlberg and many other celebrities that have quietly made their move into Clark County.
Why did Dean Cain move to Henderson?
Everyone has their reasons for moving to the valley. In this case, it seems more like he’s moving away from California. In an interview with Fox News, he lays his reasons on the line.
From high taxes and cost of living to homelessness and crime issues, he covers the gamut.
“The things that our leaders in California have been doing have driven out anybody who can really afford to get out,” Cain told Fox News. “People are flocking out of there in droves.”
Well, Dean. Welcome to the valley. As long as the A’s can fill their proposed new stadium enough and don’t leave us with the bill, your taxes should stay nice and low.
