Bride Cuts Wedding Dress In Half For Taylor Swift (VIDEO)

A Taylor Swift concert calls for the perfect outfit! But, what if the perfect outfit was already hanging in your closet, in the form of your very own wedding dress? That’s what Miranda Mendelson of did! She cut her wedding dress in half for Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour. Miranda took matters into her own hands and transformed her white wedding gown into a unique and trendy outfit. Her story went viral, and we couldn’t wait to share this story. Miranda Mendelson, a Las Vegas resident, wanted to attend Taylor Swift’s concert wearing something that would make her look gorgeous. So, she decided to give her wedding dress a new lease on life. After all, wedding gowns are often worn just once, after which they become relegated to storage, but what is the point of spending all that money to just have it sit in your closet?

Miranda cut her white wedding dress in half and dyed it purple.

She admitted to Insider and on her Instagram page that it was nerve-wracking at first, but she knew that it would be worth it. For her, this was more than just a fashion statement. It was a way to keep her wedding dress close to her heart and create new memories in it.

Even though Miranda experienced a few surprises during the process, like the top layer of the skirt remaining white, she was pleased with the final result. The variation in the color of the dress surprised her, and she ended up liking it more. She was happy she could give it a second life instead of storing it in her closet. She is giving us inspo for Beyonce and P!nk who will be in town this year too!

Miranda’s story went viral on social media, and a lot of people are applauding her creativity while others are saying it was crazy to do. But we think that her transformation of her wedding gown proves that your dress can be used again and again.

With her unique and trendy look, Miranda will definitely get some compliments when she sees Taylor in LA this week.

Taylor Swift: Eras Tour Setlist

Taylor Swift has kicked off her Eras Tour, and she hit the ground running, to say the least. She did two nights in Arizona and is now heading here to Vegas to spend two nights with us at Allegiant Stadium.

Taylor has never disappointed us, and she isn’t about to start now. She is projected to sing 44 songs and from what one fan tracked, she walked over two miles during the show by walking back and forth on the catwalk and across the stage.

The costumes and the production are incredible. She has 16 costume changes during the show, each representing a certain time in her life and career and the songs she performs in them.

Remember if you are heading to one of Taylor Swift‘s shows, you are one out of more than 45,000 people headed there as well so many sure you plan ahead. Your parking, your outfit and your bag. Plan it all, so you can just sit and bask in the glory of getting the opportunity to be at what will probably be the highest-grossing tour in history.
