Sam Asghari Believes Britney Spears Was Cheating With Staff

New messy details about Britney Spears and Sam Asghari's divorce is coming to light. As we previously reported, Asghari, 29, believes the pop star cheated on him. Per gossip website TMZ, Britney, 41, apparently cheated on him with "at least one" of the male staff members at her house. Sources say Sam claims the "Circus" singer asked at least one staffer to shoot a video of her naked.

Britney apparently got caught by Sam because there is alleged footage of the singer with the staff member together "in a compromising position." Though Asghari was her support for a long time, sources tell the gossip site that her recent behavior proved to be too much for him. As we earlier reported, Sam wasn’t sleeping at the house much. It was also reported that the “Till The World Ends” singer has been getting physical with her estranged husband and that they’ve been screaming at each other.

Despite Britney's marriage lasting a little over a year, the singer won't have to give any money to Asghari due to their prenup; this includes spousal support. Sources tell TMZ there is an "extensive confidentiality clause" in the prenup, prohibiting Sam from talking about his relationship with Britney. Since Sam's lawyer, Neal Hersh, filed divorce documents asking for spousal support, it looks as though they will be challenging the prenup. If their challenge is successful, the confidentiality clause is not enforceable.

Through the course of the couple's six-year relationship, Asghari had a front-row view to everything about Britney. If there is a threat of any private information becoming public, TMZ believes Britney's team will pay him off for the privacy. Sources say each party's lawyers will negotiate and she will end up writing him a check for several hundred thousand dollars. Part of that settlement will include a confidentiality clause that will require Sam to return any money he gets if he violates the NDA.
