How Taylor Swift Has Made The Chiefs Hundreds Of Millions

In the world of sports, there will always be unexpected celebrity appearances and for the most part, there isn’t really a huge stir… that is until Taylor Swift came into the NFL world in September. That was the first time she joined Chiefs Kingdom to cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce and ‘creating a stir’ doesn’t even begin to describe it. I want to say “Little did we know” but it’s the Taylor Swift effect, we all knew the fandom that would ensue. But this big? I don’t know if anyone saw this coming.

According to Apex Marketing Group, since Taylor went to her first Chiefs’ games with her presence, the team has seen a HUGE $331.5 million worth of online, TV, radio, and print media exposure. ( I am here to admit I have talked about ‘TNT’ every day on-air since September 24th). You’re welcome.

The Taylor Swift effect

She casually walked into the Chiefs game, sat in a box with Travis Kelce’s mom, and just like that, two worlds collided. Swifties and NFL fans. Opposites do attract.  Taylor Swift is known for creating spectacles wherever she goes. Recording studio, on stage, or just when she goes to dinner. You take that and add a traditionally male dominating sport that is the NFL or America’s game, you get a massive fan base watching every single Chiefs game in hopes of getting a glimpse of their new and beautiful very public love.

Since we saw her first at the Chiefs game the NFL has seen the highest spike in female viewership the league has seen in over two decades. Suddenly, football is not just a man’s game anymore folks… it’s an event that brings together fans from all walks of life, thanks to the spectacle that is Taylor Swift.

Taylor Swift will be taking the first flight out of Tokyo Japan after she performs there on Saturday, February 10th to get here to Las Vegas to attend the last NFL game of the season. The Big Game. The Super Bowl. To once again cheer on her boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Excited to see how many more viewers there are of the Super Bowl this year since Taylor Swift will be in attendance. We will see in a couple of weeks!

Taylor Swift Changes Lyrics For Travis Kelce, Kisses Him (VIDEO)

Over the weekend, Taylor Swift changed song lyrics for Travis Kelce and ran off stage to kiss him. Taylor brought back the Eras Tour to Buenos Aires, Argentina, this weekend, and her boyfriend Travis Kelce joined her. And the couple gave the fans a bit of a PDA. She even sang “End Game” as one of her surprise songs, which includes a number of football references.

Travis was in Germany playing a football game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Then, he flew from Germany back to Kansas City. He recorded his New Heights podcast on Tuesday, and then on Thursday, he went to Patrick Mahomes’ Charity Gala. He left the gala at 9 p.m. and got on a private jet in Kansas City at 11 p.m. Kelce flew from Kansas City to Panama to refuel, then got to Argentina at 11 a.m. on Friday! He, Taylor, and her Dad, Scott, were spotted having dinner last night at the restaurant inside the Four Seasons, where she is reportedly staying.

How it started, how it’s going

It’s so wild how he went from wanting to give her a friendship bracelet, and she didn’t want to meet him, to him flying to Argentina to see her perform for two days and kiss her in front of the world! I think he went to her show at Arrowhead in Kansas City back in July with Patrick and Brittany Mahomes because it would be fun, and he made the bracelet as a bit. Did he even think it would be a thing? So then he went on the podcast and said how she didn’t meet anyone, or at least she didn’t meet him. I honestly think she didn’t know who he was. Then he said what he did on his New Heights podcast, and it blew up. So she asked around about him, asked people who knew him, and realized he’s hot and a good dude, and then she texted him. (It was reported that she reached out to him).
