If You Own A Pet You Need This Hair Removal Tool
My first pet was a cat named Jumper. I loved that kitty so much, and the other cats that followed. Well after years with cats, my house is officially cat free and as much as I loved them, the hair was an issue. It gets everywhere and you never feel like you’ve got the home really clean. I bought a hair removal tool on Instagram against my better judgement. I am here to tell you it works, and you need it.
The Must-Have Cat Hair Removal Tool
Before I get into this, no. This is not an ad. I bought the Uproot Clean from an ad. When I took it out of the box, I was puzzled. It is just a plastic piece with two grooved metal bars on either side. Kind of looks like a rake. I tested a small part of carpet and didn’t see anything come out. Of course I assumed I was had by a fugazi social ad. I put it away, never expecting to use it again.
My kids are sneezing. My dad, snowbirding from Boston, can barely breathe. Something had to be done. So I have been in a deep clean of the house. I looked at the Uproot Clean again with nothing but disdain. I decided to give it another shot… and scraped my carpet behind a reclining chair in my bedroom. When I tell you, the amount of hair that came from a 10 square foot area would make your jaw drop. I almost had a cat’s worth of hair.
I have been on a tear going through the house since. Just last night I scraped up the air with the smaller Uproot Clean handheld and the pictures speak for themselves. A literal fist-sized hairball in my stairs alone. It is unbelievable that all of this has been hiding in the fibers of my carpet all of this time.
So, if you’ve been seeing ads for this tool, I am here to give it a massive thumbs up. Warning: once you pick it up, it gets addictive.
