Southwest Las Vegas is about to get an elevated dining and event destination, both literally and figuratively.

HUKL Investments

When you think of holding a big event in Las Vegas, chances are you're going to find space at a casino. If you're looking to sink your teeth into a delicious steak, once again you're probably headed to a casino. But a new venue set for the southwest valley is ready to change everything.

HUKL Investments, the company behind La Madre Canyon Grill and Sunny Side Up is ready to serve up an elevated experience called "Skyline". It promises to bring the area something it hasn't seen before.

Skyline Plans To Be Southwest Las Vegas New Home For Event Space, Dining And Entertainment

In a city that seems to have it all, there are not a lot of standalone destinations that bring a premier experience without some sort of connection to one of the city's many casinos. Skyline plans to be very, very different. Planned near Las Vegas Athletic Club near the 215 Beltway and Flamingo Road, the gorgeous property promises incredible views of the valley, an incredible destination to host events and dining options that'll make your mouth water.

Million dollar views are on the menu at Skyline.

HUKL plans for the property to offer a food hall style experience right when you walk in. From a wine shop to a French patisserie and chocolate shop to gourmet sandwiches. There'll be something for every taste.

Take the elevator up to level two and experience a vast event center. That will offer up incredible views of the Las Vegas valley. From weddings to more buttoned up business events and everything in between. Atop the three story building, the developers plan to build a new steakhouse that promises the same incredible views with a menu to match.

Arguably the biggest appeal to us has been the architecture shown off in renderings. A mix of modern and retro. Something that will certainly catch glances from people driving the 215 Beltway.

When Can We Line Up For Skyline?

The development is expected to break ground by the end of 2024, with opening planned for late 2025 or early 2026. This on top of their existing dining destinations including a new Italian restaurant expected in Boca Park by the summertime.

The southwest valley seemed to be the one corner that was missing something... now it seems to be getting everything!

5 Las Vegas Steakhouses You Should Eat At

Calling all meat-lovers this post is for you. Steakhouses in Las Vegas are serious when it comes to the proteins they're serving. Customers care about taste, overall restaurant ambiance and price-point.

Whether it's a date night, an anniversary or maybe you're celebrating a big birthday... Where you eat is important! The quality of food plays a key factor in one's overall dining experience.

Steak is a delicacy that has to be cooked to a diner's preference or it could throw off the entire dinner. Having attentive service is vital in upscale steakhouses.

Many of these restaurants have trained staff that are very helpful in ordering and recommending how you might want your steak cooked. The knowledge is important as many novice steak eaters may not know the difference between medium-rare and medium-well.

The chart ranges below:

Pan-fried and grilled seem to be the two most common ways to cook steak. As a main ingredient in a lot of dishes the temperature that the poultry is cooked in will change the taste.

The information including ratings, price point and hours of operation were gathered for these steakhouses from Tripadvisor.com. Price points vary depending on the plate ordered.

    Here's what to know:

The average atmosphere rated between four to four and half stars. The average price point per plate is around $50 to $100. All of the restaurants listed below ranked under 1,000 out of 3,137 restaurants.

Three out of the five restaurants received Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice 2022 award. Traveler' Choice is honored when a restaurant ranked in the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor and are constantly gaining positive reviews.

We wanted to note that Harlo Steakhouse And Bar is a newer steakhouse to Vegas and despite having not many reviews competes with the best.

If you or your loved one is a steak connoisseur or a "meat-lover" these steakhouses might just do the trick!
