Las Vegas over the years has become home to so many musicians because they have had a residency here at some point. I believe the term "residency" is used too loosely nowadays just because some shows will come for 5 straight shows and call it a residency. I think you should have to be here for at least a couple of months to use the term residency and Maroon 5 understood the assignment.
The residency started in March of 2023 and won't end until October 2024... but if we know anything. They always extend or come back because it's so convenient for the artist to have all of their fans come to them and here in Las Vegas, we love having them.

One of the greatest memes I have ever seen said "You think you're having a bad day. Name a band member of Maroon 5 other than Adam Levine" I laughed so hard and still do... but I had to research who the heck was or is in the band because they deserve to be known too. Turns out they have had a couple of changes here and there but it's not as a revolving door as some bands are.
They started in the '90s under the name Kara's Flowers the band initially consisted of Adam Levine, Jesse Carmichael, Mickey Madden, and Ryan Dusick. Then in 2001, they transformed into Maroon 5. They added guitarist James Valentine, Ryan Dusick left and was replaced by Matt Flynn.
There have been a couple of other lineup changes, with members coming and going for various reasons. Jesse Carmichael took a hiatus from the band in 2012 but returned in 2014. Other than Adam Levine, guitarist James Valentine has remained a constant presence since joining in 2001. For the love of everything holy let's show James some respect and remember his name from now on.
Despite the changes, Maroon 5, especially in The Vegas Residency is always pushing boundaries, keeping with the times, and feeding us hits. Their Vegas residency is honestly an estimate of that. You watch the show and it's nothing but hits.
