Stand-up comedian Nikki Glaser was a star performer at Netflix's Tom Brady roast. If you were one of the many who cracked up at Glaser's jokes, you'll be thrilled to know that the Nikki Glaser has three weekends booked to play Las Vegas this year. In addition, they include David Spade co-headlining with her each night.

From the start of Glaser's set at the Brady roast, nobody was safe. From Kevin Hart to Rob Gronkowski, before getting to the GOAT himself, Glaser had heavy-hitting jabs at each one of them that resulted in an uproar of laughter.

"Glaser is an accomplished comedian who said this show was unique, noting it was the biggest crowd she ever performed for," Today.com said.

This is all great timing, as Glaser has quite a busy agenda for the remainder of the year. On Saturday May 11, Glaser's special premieres on HBO. "Glaser is as real as it gets and as funny as they come, and on May 11, there are two ways to soak her in. “Someday You’ll Die” on HBO or at the Palladium during the Netflix is a Joke Festival," the Los Angeles Times explains.

Glaser will then end the month by kicking off her 29-date comedy tour in Stateline, Nevada.

Comedian Nikki Glaser Takes Over Las Vegas

Glaser and Spade will set up shop at the Venetian Theatre. This duo takes over on three occasions. Each of them includes a Saturday evening and Sunday evening show. Here are their dates to be aware of.

  • May 17 and 18
  • July 19 and 20
  • September 27 and 28

These shows are on the heels of Glaser and Spade having successful shows together here last year. Tickets start at $49 plus fees.

Glaser has weaved Las Vegas three times into a very busy tour agenda this year. Prior to pulling into town, Glaser will be coming from major market tour stops in Los Angeles, Charlotte, and Modesto, California. Only the July dates are shows that are the end of a tour leg.

In the meantime, Glaser's "Someday You'll Die" HBO special will be accompanied by a song by the same title. It was written and performed by Glaser, who learned to play guitar during the pandemic. We don't know if Glaser will perform the song live at the upcoming shows, but if this week is any indication, the crowd will certainly be belly-laughing.

"For nearly two decades at clubs across the country, and as the host of three hit podcasts, Nikki has been honing her shockingly honest, no-holds-barred style of comedy," her official bio states.

5 Artists We Want To See Play The Sphere In Vegas

After years and millions of dollars, the high-tech entertainment venue that is the Las Vegas Sphere has become "a world-first immersive destination." The venue first opened in Las Vegas in September 2023, snagging U2 with an ongoing concert residency starting on September 29 and running through March 2. The band's longtime collaborator and technical director Stefaan “Smasher” Desmedt and technology partner Weka worked together to make the band’s stunning visual imagery in 4K video.

The Future of Entertainment

The Sphere’s LED screen inside the theater is 160,000 square feet, boasting 16,000 pixels by 16,000 pixels — the highest resolution in the world. Also featuring 1,600 speaker panels using spatial audio through the screen without any visible speakers in the auditorium, the venue makes those in attendance fully immersed in sound and visuals. The arena can hold up to 18,600 guests in the auditorium. It is no wonder why the company wants to expand, as it is clearly leading the entertainment industry in the right direction.

Besides U2, rumors of Beyoncé planning a Las Vegas residency at the Sphere swirled after her Super Bowl country album announcement in which she sat atop the glowing globe. Partnering with Verizon in the $50 million advertisement, the "Texas Hold 'Em" singer tries to break the internet over and over again. Taking on different personas and skills, she opens a lemonade stand, drops a "saxy" album, becomes a Twitch gamer by the handle @IamSlayoncé, a Beyonc-AI double, Bar-Bey, running for "BOTUS," on top of the Sphere atop a silver horse, and the first woman to launch the first rocket to the first performance in space. The commercial concluded by cryptically teasing the release of "new music," Beyoncé's country album, Act II, on March 29th.

According to the Sphere's website, the immersive venue will host a wide variety of events, including concerts and residencies from the world’s biggest artists, as well as films. Take a look below at five amazing pop artists who would have amazing performances at the Sphere:
