Damning Security Camera Footage In Robert Telles Trial
For all the worries about government and “big brother,” it turns out that it is the people that has the cameras rolling all the time. That is bad news for the defendant in the Robert Telles trial. Telles is accused of killing Las Vegas Review Journal journalist Jeff German in his side yard.
Robert Telles has been adamant that despite an identical car belonging to his household was seen at the scene, and while his phone allegedly had dozens of photos of Jeff German’s car and cars like it in German’s neighborhood, as well as pictures of German’s home and of specialty software that Telles had access to showing a background check of Jeff German… it wasn’t him.
Well, the prosecution had something up their sleeve to, they believe, tie Robert Telles directly to the murder of Jeff German. That was through a lot – and we mean a lot – of security cameras.
Robert Telles Trial Features Extensive Security Camera Timeline
Robert Telles maintains his innocence and a major conspiracy to frame him. The prosecution says video says otherwise.
Former homicide detective Clifford Mogg showed the video footage he collected to create a timeline of both Jeff German and Robert Telles whereabouts. We follow German to Roberto’s Taco Shop and back to his house. We follow what the prosecution believes is a disguised Robert Telles in a car belonging to him parking nearby and making the walk to German’s house in the side yard.
Footage shows the attack that happened in Jeff German’s side yard. Then the casual stroll away from a man dressed in a high-viz jacket and straw hat. Then, using footage from several different security cameras, we see the red GMC Yukon make the drive towards Robert Telles Summerlin home.
The video is certainly damning, but until the Robert Telles trial comes to an end we won’t know if this footage seals the deal.
