It happened. Three Days Grace is back together with Adam Gontier. And the best part? Matt Walst is staying. So now, Three Days Grace is going to have two great singers. This is good news for the fans of the band and fans of rock music.

Three Days Grace Find Their Way Home

Back in the 1990’s, Adam Gontier, Brad Walst and Neil Sanderson went to high school together. They formed a band, but it bit the dust. Not to be one to give up, a few years later, the boys reconvened and formed Three Days Grace. The band hit big in 2002 with “I Hate Everything About You,” and never looked back.

Well, this was a dream until Adam left the band in 2013. So, they just decided to look forward, and they decided to look within their own family. Brad Walst's brother took over singing duties. And it was a risk. But it paid off.  I mean Matt was no slouch, He was the singer of "My Darkest Days," who had some success with "Porn Star Dancing."

But let's face it, Adam Gontier was a very important part of the band, and while they had success without Adam, it just wasn't the same. Sure, they had some good songs with some hits like “I Am Machine."

But, they never truly caught lightning in a bottle like they did when Adam was in the band.

And conversely, Adam -- who started Saint Asonia -- had some mild success. But, it was nothing like when Three Days Grace put out my favorite song by the band, “Chalk Outline.”

So when the band posted on their Instagram story with a message from Adam to Matt that they were on their way to the studio, the rock world rejoiced.

And now it's official. Three Days Grace is back and stronger than ever.  I -- for one -- am looking very much to what's next for the boys from Canada.
