Today is National Write a Letter to Santa Day. A perfect opportunity to bring a little holiday magic to your home. Whether you’re writing a letter yourself or your kids are writing the letter, maybe you have a young child who needs a little help crafting the perfect letter to Santa, here are some awesome tips and tricks to make sure Santa gets your letter on time. 

Where to Mail Your Letters in Las Vegas

Several local spots make it easy to send your letter to Santa:

  1. The USPS Operation Santa Program:
  • Drop it in any USPS mailbox and make sure you include a return address so Santa’s elves can process it! Now this is really nice – USPS also gives the option for letters to be “adopted” by generous people who can help fulfill the holiday wishes of the children! 2. Magical Forest at Opportunity Village:

  • It’s always a great time at Opportunity Village. Write your letters to Santa and enjoy the night with your family. Send your letter to Santa in Santa’s mailbox. 

3. Santa’s Mailbox at Downtown Summerlin:

  • It’s located right by where you can get your pictures with Santa. Pop in and tell Santa what you want before or after you mail your letter to the elves at the North Pole. 

4. Holiday Events at Town Square:

  • Always a good spot to drop off your letter. There are so many holiday activities at Town Square where kids can actually write their letters and mail them off to Santa directly at the event. Check out the schedule here. 

Writing Tips for a Standout Letter

  • Start by being polite and addressing Santa warmly.
  • Include specific details in your wish list, like sizes or colors, to help Santa’s workshop.
  • Add a kind word or thank you note to Santa and his hardworking elves.
