Vegas Valley COVID Map: Things Are Wayyy Better
Take a look at the latest zip code map from the Southern Nevada Health District. There are still plenty of hot spots around Clark County, and this thing is far from over, but things are definitely continuing to get better. More good signs: The percentage of PCR tests coming back positive is back down to where it was two months ago, before we met our unfriend Omicron and all went to spend Christmas and New Year's with our families. The seven-day average of new cases, which peaked around 4,500 per day, is now down to 245.7. The seven day average of new deaths from COVID is in single digits. (And, yeah, one death is still one too many.) We're getting there. COVID still making you want to get away? Here are some ideas to ponder.
