It’s the most wonderful time of the year… for pizza?! You heard that right!
Aimee, from Aimee+Shawn and our mid-day host, Sammi teamed up with a Las Vegas favorite, Above The Crust, pizza restaurant for their second annual, Holiday Gift Drive. Above the Crust is located in North Las Vegas at 7810 W Ann Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89149. They are more than just your “average” pizza place. They offer tasty pepperoni rolls, chicken wings/fingers, buffalo chicken fries, all types of salads, subs, calzones, strombolis and more! The prices are family-friendly and the food tastes amazing.
Tyler Robinson Foundation, Donation Proposition And Superhero Surprises
Above The Crust wanted to celebrate the holiday times by raising awareness and providing toys for the Tyler Robinson Foundation. Vegas locals were encouraged to donate toys, clothes, gift cards, books or monetary donations if they were able to. To add to the joyous occasion, Above The Crust, put a proposition that for every donation made, they would offer a small cheese pizza to the donator.
The excitement didn’t stop there! Hungry patrons were surprised by action-packed Marvel & DC superheroes and Star Wars’ favorite wookie, Chewbacca! Other Star Wars characters invaded the galaxy of Above The Crust. Sammi and Aimee even got to sit in a Star Wars spacecraft. There was a talented spray painting artist who created a beautiful masterpiece LIVE with big purple and gold words that spelled, Above The Crust!

The dance studio next-door, Bunker Dance Center, dropped by with many tiny dancers who brought all kinds of toys for the foundation. It was such a cute moment we will cherish forever.
