My sister my mom and I, took my toddler Roman and nephew Bruin to see the new Pixar movie Lightyear! Surprisingly the boys were really great. They stayed quiet and sat down 99% of the movie. I am actually the one that got up to go to the bathroom and knocked over our large popcorn and skittles. I wanted to grab a broom because I made such a big mess but they didn't want me to cause any more commotion so I sat there quiet for the rest of the movie.
The whole movie, I have to be honest... my nephew kept saying "I want to see Woody" I did miss the whole gang but the characters were so lovable. Especially the cat, Sox. He is Buzz's robot pet and he was the funniest in the movie.
Peter Sohn is the voice of Sox and he's been in the Pixar family for over two decades. He's been in The Good Dinosaur, Monsters University, Ratatouille and has his hands in so many of my other favorite Pixar movies.
Not going to give anything away but the story of Emporer Zurg is really a great spin. I can say NO more about that!
Chris Evens is the voice of Buzz and that is a video of Chris Evens just because I think he is nice to look at. You're welcome!
I read that opening weekend wasn't as good as they were expecting but I thought it was another hit out of the park by Disney Pixar. They never disappoint me or my family! If you haven't seen Lightyear yet bring the family and go check it out. Just don't kick over the large popcorn like I did!
Scroll down for cute pictures of my toddler Roman and my nephew. They love like best friends but fight like brothers!
