Congratulations to you, our contest winner! Thank you for being a part of the VGS family! It’s time to pick up your prize. Here are some frequently asked questions with the answer below.

  • Where do I pick up my prize?

You will pick up your prize at our office.

Office Address: 2920 S Durango Drive, Las Vegas, Nevada, 89117

    • Major Cross Streets: Durango in-between Sahara and Desert Inn
  • Normal Prize Pick-up Hours:

    Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Weekend pickups are not available.

    • If you are not available during this timeframe, please contact our Promotions Coordinator Taya at 702-250-3007 to schedule an appointment.
  • How long do I have to pick up my prize?

You have 10 business days to pick up your prize(s) from our office after you have been notified that it is ready by our Promotions team.

  • Can someone else pick my prize up for me?

Yes, however, your designated pickup person is required to bring a printed copy of your ID and a written note from you stating you give them permission to pick up your prize on your behalf. The designated pickup person must be over 18 years old and also show ID. As an additional precaution, we may also call you to verify the pickup person’s name.

  • Are you able to mail me my prize?

No, prizes must be picked up at the office.

  • How do I get inside?

We are a stand-alone building. Due to safety precautions, the front door is automatically locked 24/7. Please ring the doorbell to your right. After 3 seconds the door will unlock and you will be able to enter. As a reminder, our normal office hours are 8 a.m. – 12 p.m., and entry is not guaranteed after that time frame.

  • Do I have to fill anything out?

Yes. All of our winners will receive an email from our call letters KVGS.

Per our contest rules, each and every time you win, you are required to fill out two forms.

    • The first form is a Winner Release Form, which is just you accepting the prize from us.
    • The second form is a W9. A W9 is required just in case you win over $600 worth of prizes for the year. If you so win over $600, you will be taxed.

*Please note that the forms are virtual

  • Do I need to bring anything with me?

You must bring a photo ID with you to pick up your prize.

  • When will my prize be ready for pick up?

The readiness of prizes may vary. The day after you win, our Promotions department will contact you with more information on the status of your prize. If your prize is available immediately, Promotions will give you instructions on how you can pick up or redeem your prize. If your prize is not available yet, Promotions will contact you with updates on when you will be able to receive it. If you have additional questions or concerns, please call our Promotions team at 702-250-3007.

  • What if my prize is mobile tickets?

Promotions will contact you with details on how to access your mobile tickets.

  • What happens if my show is postponed or canceled

    • Postponed
      • If the show is postponed, our Promotions team will contact you with updates on the validity of the tickets you possess. Some venues may require updated tickets to reflect the new show date. Others will use the original tickets distributed.
    • Canceled
      • If the show is canceled, our Promotions team will communicate updates on the canceled show as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to replace the tickets.
  • What If I Don’t Want Mobile Tickets?

Unfortunately, we are not able to choose if tickets are mobile or not. The decision on how tickets are distributed lies with the venue. Many venues have moved to strictly mobile ticketing, so we are unable to provide physical tickets.

  • How often can I win?

Unless otherwise specified, listeners are eligible to win in Stations contests only once every seven (7) days and a prize valued at $600 or more, only once every thirty (30) days. Only one winner per household (whether related or not) is permitted in any contest.

Unless otherwise specified, contests are open to all listeners who are 18 years of age or older and who reside in Clark County, NV. Entrants must possess a valid, government-issued ID. Winner must show proof of residency to verify eligibility.
