To recap, Maroon 5 played a show at the Vina Del Mar festival in Chile Thursday. Afterward, fans went online to voice their opinions on Adam Levine's attitude and lackluster attitude during the show.
Now Adam is apologizing for the band's performance. Per E! News, he explained what happened on his Instagram Story. "To be totally frank, there were some things holding me back last night and I let them get to me. And it impacted how I was behaving onstage, which is unprofessional and I apologize for that. I struggled a lot and sometimes it's really for me to mask the struggle. For that, I let you guys down and I apologize."
Adam also added, "While we can't always make up for our past, we can absolutely try our best to learn from it... Thank you Chile for giving me the opportunity to grow. And to share some amazing memories that we will never forget." Maroon 5 is currently on tour in South America with Meghan Trainor. Their US dates begin March 30 in Chula Vista, California.
