The Mainstream Sellout artist sat down with Seth Meyers on Wednesday's (June 29) Late Night, one day after he made headlines for lacerating his own face with a glass during a celebration following his huge performance at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
When asked how he was feeling, MGK joked, "There are censors, right? I feel like s---."
"Last time you were here, you'd just done the VMAs, you'd hurt your hand at the VMAs, and you hurt yourself again last night at MSG," Meyers recalled.
"Yeah, I'm going to start having doctors around me every time I see Seth Meyers on my schedule," Kelly countered.
In regards to what actually went down at his Madison Square Garden post-concert party, Kelly said, "You know when you clink a champagne glass with a fork to kind of get people's attention? Yeah, well, I didn't have a fork. So I just clinked it on my head."
"You know, in medicine, they that call that 'asking for it,'" Meyers replied, as Kelly burst into laughter.
"Yeah, so I had a serious case of that last night," Kelly quipped.
On Tuesday, MGK had a mic in one hand and a champagne flute in the other, telling the crowd at Catch Steakhouse, “I don’t give a f---, bro. I don’t give a s---,” before smashing the flute on his head. In the next clip, the rocker is dripping blood from his forehead as he sings "My Ex’s Best Friend."
Megan Fox has been accused of “glorifying addiction” after a now-deleted Instagram post about her fiance Machine Gun Kelly.
Unimpressed fans posted screenshots to Twitter of Fox's caption, where she complimented her fiancé’s outfit at one of his shows and joked that he was dressed like a character from the video game The Legend of Zelda that also had a “moderate to severe drug addiction."
Fox originally posted four images, writing alongside them, “Also @machinegunkelly this was my favorite fit of yours so far on tour. Watching you rap your a-- off wearing a tight green chain mail scoop neck tank top, looking like Link if he had abandoned his quest for Zelda and instead become an elven underworld prince with a moderate to severe drug addiction...was just.” The Jennifer's Body actress added a zany face emoji and water drops emoji.
