New Early Birds Restaurant Putting Twist On Las Vegas Breakfast
The highly anticipated Early Birds restaurant has finally opened their doors in the southwest part of town. And they’re offering an awesome twist on your traditional Las Vegas breakfast. With one-of-a-kind dishes and cocktails that locals are already raving about.
About Early Birds Restaurant In Las Vegas
They’re technically called “Early Birds, A Breakfast Spot“. Probably because they want to make it very clear what they do best. Breakfast. But also brunch and lunch foods. And many with twists you’ve never seen before. They just opened on April 10 and they are already getting super fan regulars.
And there are so many reasons people are loving this place. First, the location. Super easy to find, conveniently right off of Blue Diamond just west of Decatur. You’ll find it in the Jansen Center, right by Stefano’s. It’s actually in the same parking lot as a Denny’s.
And before you say that’s a bad idea to park your breakfast business right by a national breakfast chain, it’s actually pretty smart. The same way that Ashley Furniture is building a furniture megastore right next to the Las Vegas IKEA. People looking for breakfast might be coming to Denny’s. But many of them will end up stopping at Early Birds instead.
What’s On The Early Birds Restaurant Menu
And one visit is all it will take. Because Early Bird’s food is awesome, with unique items you won’t find anywhere else. Like their Go Coconuts coconut buttermilk pancakes that are topped with coconut frosting and berries. Or their deep fried Churro Waffles with dulce de leche and cream cheese frosting. Two two of their pancake dishes that are already local favorites are the Lemon Poppy and S’more What?
