It’s been an incredible week of giving away shots at $1000, and more importantly giving away the hottest ticket in town! Tonight (Friday), Aimee is holding her first “W.I.N.O.S.” event (Women In Need Of Sanity) at Distill at 215/Rainbow. Aimee and her winners will be watching Hocus Pocus 2, sipping on wine from Foley Family Wines and eating some delicious food! Don’t worry… there’ll be more events where this came from.

The week started off brutally for Shawn. He left the family in Boston for the week after celebrating his son Mario’s 4th birthday. What awaited him on Tuesday morning? One of his animals did SOMETHING on the floor. Bad enough right? Well, the Roomba decided it was a good time to clean, and took that mess all the way around his house, smearing mess all throughout his home. Good for Shawn he’s a Zerorez endorser. He needed them BADLY.

The return of grasshoppers to the valley have Aimee really annoyed. Grasshoppers are one of her many hates… and throughout the week Shawn was able to figure out the hierarchy of the things she hates most.

Our listener Michelle called with a scam alert for anyone getting suckered into a “too good to be true” Christmas Tree deal on Facebook. Turns out it is indeed “too good” and she got something delivered that was woefully inadequate.

Plus Aimee got locked out of her own house, burned herself, and survived an earthquake in her own backyard. It was such a rough week with her, she could be considered for the third member of “The Wet Bandits” in Home Alone!

  Aimee had a bit of an issue this morning. She locked herself out of her own house. She was not pleased with her husband’s speed at letting her back in.

• Aimee Got Burned

  Turns out metal objects conduct heat. Aimee didn’t realize that in the moment and somehow it’s her husbands fault.

  Saturday marks the 5th anniversary of the shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival. Aimee+Shawn reflect on the event and the days that followed that showed what this community is made of.

  Let the memes begin! The 2.5 magnitude earthquake at Craig Ranch Park was a bit of a dud.
