The much anticipated season 5 of Yellowstone will be here on Sunday November 13th on Paramount and Paramount+.
The official trailer just dropped today there are some BIG hints on what’s to come and we welcome Gov. John Dutton to the stage! This is not a spoiler in the first scene of the trailer for season 5 John is being sworn in and he looks upset.
His first move in office? He fires the old staff and hires Beth as his chief of staff (me hero) before signing some mysterious declaration that Jamie warns “is a declaration of war.” John responded “we are already at war” WITH WHO?!
But can we be honest here? We all want to know what Casey saw in the woods at the end of season 4 and what is going to happen to Casey and Monica. Is he going to stay at the reservation or go back to the ranch seeing as though his family looks to be going to war this season? He can’t stay away. Can he?
November 13th can not come soon enough. At the end of the trailer, it says “Power Has A Price” Let’s GO Dutton family!
MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios produce Yellowstone. Showrunner Taylor Sheridan and John Linson co-created the show and executive produced with Art Linson, Kevin Costner, David C. Glasser, Bob Yari, and Stephen Kay.
Yellowstone has one spin off show that has already been released, 1883, and two more spin offs on the way, 1923, and 6666. It’s the Yellowstone world now a days and we are just living in it. Creator Taylor Sheridan has no stopping in him any time soon.

Kevin Costner

Kevin Costner is the main character in Yellowstone he plays John Dutton the matriarch of the Dutton family and the new Gov. of Yellowstone we just found out in the trailer.
Kelly Reilly

Kelly plays my favorite character on the show. Her name is Beth and she is a bad A$$. She is the daughter and right-hand woman of her dad John Dutton. Nobody messes with Beth or her dad if they do, they pay! I want to be like Beth when I grow up.
Cole Hauser
Cole plays my hall bass Rip Wheeler. It’s Beth’s husband and John Dutton’s right hand MAN. Rip was abandoned as a child and the ranch took him in. He does everything for the ranch and for Beth and John.

Luke Grimes
Luke’s character is Casey Dutton another child of John Dutton. His story was a little confusing in season 4. He is torn if he should leave his family and all of the drama behind at the ranch but he is being pulled in two different directions. His story will be interesting this season.

Taylor Sheridan
Taylor is both the creator and has a small role in the show. Taylor was an actor before he started writing. He was the sheriff on Sons of Anarchy and asked to be killed off the show so he could pursue Yellowstone. He obviously made the right decision. Because Yellowstone is on another level.

Kelsey Asbille
Kelsey plays Monica who is married to Casey Dutton and the mother of their son Tate. She wants so much for Casey to leave the ranch and stay on the reservation with her and her family but we will see November 13th where their relationship ends up going.

Wes Bentley
Wes has a complicated character. If you haven’t watched season 4 of Yellowstone stop reading. SPOILER. Wes plays Jamie Dutton who ew assumed for 3 seasons was John Dutton’s other son but turns out he is not his son! That was some drama. John forced Jamie to kill his real dad the end of season 4 because he was going to try to ruin the family! I can’t wait to see that dynamic this coming season.

Lanie Wilson
MY GIRL Lanie is a new member of the cast this season. She is an award-winning country artist who has had sons on seasons of Yellowstone and has nothing short of begged to be on the show and this year is her year! I can’t wait to see what her character is like. Lainey is going to fit right in because she is already a legit cowgirl!
