The Downton Abbey Castle is on Airbnb, For One Day Only

(Photo by Joe Maher/Getty Images)Downton Abbey fans who've always wanted to stay at Highclere Castle now have a chance. The owner of the castle, the Countess of Carnavon, has listed the home on Airbnb. The catch: It's only available for one night, November 26.
According to the description, the castle is 100,000 square feet and has 300 rooms. Each is decorated and furnished "providing a unique insight into its history." Those chosen to stay will get to enjoy cocktails and a traditional dinner, breakfast the next day, and a private tour of the castle's extensive grounds.
Guest will also "get the opportunity to explore iconic rooms you know so well from Downton Abbey, such as the Drawing Room and the Library." All this for a price of $159 for the night.
The Highclere Castle is located west of London, in Highclere, England.
Reservation opportunities go live on October 1. Only candidates with positive Airbnb reviews and passionate about Downton Abbey will be considered.
