MGM Resorts May Lay off 63,000 Furloughed Workers

63,000 MGM Resorts International employees who have been furloughed, may actually be laid off come August 31. A legal notice was sent to employees on Tuesday.

It also announced the extension of affected MGM employees’ health benefits from June 30 to August 31, and said layoffs may last more than 6-months or become permanent.
