Ukraine Supreme Court Judge Goes To War, Gets Great Nickname

We've all been impressed and inspired by the toughness and commitment of the Ukrainian people, and this might take that to another level.

Ukraine Supreme Court judge Ivan Mishchenko has taken a break from that important job to do something a little more important. After getting his family out of Ukraine, he could have kept himself safe as well. Instead, he came back, strapped on an assault rifle, and is fighting for his country.

To make a deadly serious story a little fun, he's got a new nickname from the other judges: Judge Dredd.

To echo Judge Dredd, here's hoping he's back in his robe soon, presiding over a free court in a free country.
