Ok. So we all get the weird DMs (direct messages) in our Instagram messages or Facebook messages and a lot of them are spam and hackers but sometimes they are really just real weird people taking their shot. I have been getting a lot of those lately. I decided to share one that I got asking if I would be his "sugar baby."
A sugar baby, I learned, thanks to google is "A young female or male who is financially pampered/cared for by a sugar daddy or sugar mama in exchange for companionship."
See. It's weird. I respectfully declined. (I actually think I am too old to be called a Sugar Baby ha!) I thought it was funny and I screenshot it and posted it on my Instagram stories and I got in trouble for bullying. I was just flattered I guess! The next few DM's I got are along the same lines. "sorry if this offends you, but I find you very attractive and I'd like you to be my sugar baby, just letting you know my intentions in case you will be interested...we could talk terms and weekly allowance later... basically paying for your time... no sexual relationships." I respectfully declined this one as well..though my husband was looking forward to getting a break from me and getting paid for it haha!
I got a DM asking for pictures of me to compare to his missing girlfriend. He was adamant I was his missing girlfriend who he hadn't seen in years. I respectfully declined that one as well. These DM's are absolutely creepy but at the same time too entertaining to not share!
