Megan Thee Stallion Reacts To Dwayne Johnson’s Pet Comment

Megan Thee Stallion has responded to Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's comment on wanting to be her pet.

“I mean, that’s kind of legendary,” Megan said in a recent interview. “Like, I’m kind of epic. I used to watch wrestling all the time. Being from Houston and watching The Rock and how famous he is, how much of a megastar he is and he wanna be my pet?”

“Like, period. Like, we made it. We might be a little famous,” she added.

The Traumazine artist is responding to the viral clip of The Rock and Kevin Hart when they were interviewed for the promo run of their new film DC League of Super-Pets. When the interviewer asked the WWE legend "What celebrity would you want to be a pet to?", without hesitation, The Rock answered, "Megan Thee Stallion." The interviewer intrigued by his answer asked the wrestling champ to elaborate on his choice and he responded, "Oh, we don't need to talk about that."

Megan's boyfriend, Grammy Award-winning rapper and songwriter Pardison Fontaine, responded to The Rock in a since-deleted comment, "All our dogs named after #s. Just teach your wife to use seasoning … You’ll be iiight … Moana is the s--- tho," per XXL. The songwriter then deleted the comment noting that it was in "poor taste" to come after his wife.

"The comment started all our dogs #s and ended with Moana is my s--- .. I deleted it (yesterday).. cus it seem like ppl took it wrong .. thought maybe my joke was in poor taste," he tweeted.

Right before clearing up his previous comment, Pardi wrote, "Of all the things to be worried about y’all think I’m mad at the Rock."

During a recent press interview, The Rock and Kevin Hart were asked which celebrity they would like to be a pet to while they promote their new film DC League of Super-Pets. Without any hesitation, The Rock answered Houston rapper Megan Thee Stallion. Hart then answered that he'd love to be Denzel Washington's pet.

In response to Johnson the interviewer asked: "Oh, that's a good one. Why Megan The Stallion?"

"Oh, we don't need to talk about that," The Rock answered coyly.

The former WWE wrestler married Lauren Hashian back in 2019 while Megan and rapper Pardison Fontaine are still going strong so there's no romance between the two anytime soon but it all made for a good laugh.
