Shawn and I were on our way home from Morning Show Bootcamp when at the Chicago O'Hare airport when we were standing next to this couple that was talking about giving the fight attendants chocolates just to be nice. Their names were Jenny and James. We started to chat with them and found out they lived in Las Vegas and traveling back home as well.
Our flight inevitably was delayed about an hour and decided to go to the bar with them and grab a drink while we were waiting to board to head back home.
While we were there we told them a little bit about our story, being a new radio show and how we got into radio, things like that. Now, that stuff is super interesting to some people but even more interesting was THEIR story. Their love story. How they met and fell in love is like something out of a movie.
James lived in New Orleans and Jenny, Las Vegas. Jenny worked at a call center for Caeser's entertainment. James called to book a hotel and happened to get Jenny on the phone to help him out. He fell in love with her voice. I will say no more. Watch the video to hear Jenny herself and I will bet you fall in love with her voice as well :)
