Now, two days later, the question around the world is what is the royal baby's name?
According to the Daily Star, the announcement should come today, as the royal couple announced the names their other children two days after they were born.
The publication also noted that it is believed the couple gave their son a strong name.
A reporter asked Prince William if they had named the royal baby "Alexander," and his response was rather interesting.
Prince William said, "It's funny you should say that ..."
