Go To Art In The Park With 102.7 VGS And Boulder City Hospital
The annual Art in the Park festival draws up to 100,000 visitors and showcases an exciting range of fine arts, fine crafts, and traditional artists along with culinary delights and live entertainment. It is widely recognized as the largest outdoor art festival in the Southwest! This year’s event features hundreds of artisans that are located throughout the heart of Boulder City among its four beautiful parks.
Guests shop until they drop then indulge in delectable fare and refreshments at any number of food and beverage booths. Art in the Park features a variety of food choices from hot dogs, hamburgers, barbecue sandwiches, ice cream, Italian, Mexican, Greek, and Chinese fare.
Entertainment is a standard at Art in the Park. While strolling the parks and viewing artist works, guests are welcomed to relax in the shade at Bicentennial Park with refreshments while enjoying the stage entertainment from Boulder City’s traditional gazebo setting.
An art lovers dream come true, Art in the Park is the signature fundraising event by the Boulder City Hospital Foundation with all proceeds benefiting Boulder City Hospital.
Boulder City Hospital is a nonprofit, private Critical Access Hospital with 25 acute/swing beds, 10 acute psychiatric beds, 47 Long Term Care beds and more than 250 staff. The hospital is not supported by a taxing district, corporate healthcare system, or mining dollars and relies on donations from the community and the efforts of the Boulder City Hospital Foundation.
The Boulder City Hospital Foundation is a charitable organization established in 1995 to raise funds for capital equipment and improvements in support of our community hospital and in the past five years has raised over $1,095,000 through fundraising events such as Art in the Park and the Heart of the Community Gala.
