Aimee’s Update: Johnny Depp – Return To Disney

- It was a hectic wedding day for Brittney Spears earlier in the month when her ex-husband Jason Alexander got onto her property and into her home. It was all over the news and people were eating it up but it was actually scarier than we thought. One of Brittney’s security guards testified Monday (6/27) in court that Alexander got all the way to her bedroom door where she was getting ready for her big day but luckily her door was locked. He was also armed with a knife. Some of the security guards were fired shortly thereafter (for obvious reasons.) She now has a restraining order against him and he is still in jail with $100,000 bail. His court date is July 12th.
- Mary Mara passed away over the weekend. She was visiting her sister in upstate NY on the St. Lawerence river. She is originally from Syracuse NY. She reportedly went into the river to do some exercises and was found dead. I am from upstate NY and grew up swimming in the St. Lawrence River I don’t ever remember currents being too strong. I’m curious if there was a medical emergency, and that had something to do with the drowning. Super sad. She was 61.
- Disney may rekindle the flame with Johnny Depp. I think it is a no-brainer. Both parties would make so much money! I have never seen a single Pirates of the Caribean but I would if he came back just to see what all the hype was about. I like to be in the middle of the drama! Do I think Johnny Depp is crazy? Yes. Do I think Amber Heard is crazy? Yes. Does Disney want to be associated with him after all the drug and drinking testimony from the trial? We shall see. I hope so.
