- We’ve all seen Lassie but what kind of training did Lassie have? One K-9 crew in Colorado is showing off the effort that goes into being a search and rescue dog. Over the weekend a bunch of pups were put to work, learning how to track a scent, how to detect humans, and in what could be the cutest photos you may ever see, how to zipline. You haven’t lived until you see pups in a harness.

- In other dog news… Gucci has released a new collection of pet products for the people in your life who have way – WAY – too much money on their hands. The collection includes a made-to-order pet bed that costs a cool $7500, a leash that’ll run you $500… and the crappiest item of all – a poop bag. It’ll run you $460. There’s even a travel bowl set that comes with it’s own fancy Gucci case… that runs $4250!
Items for that one person that pushes their dog in a stroller. We all know who we are talking about.

- HOT DOG BATTERY
- Florida is always a treasure trove of hilarity. A man in Tampa was arrested this weekend for throwing a hot dog at a police officer. 47-year-old Jason Stoll was selling hot dogs with a permit, but the permit ended and the cop said, hey, stop schlepping the dogs. Stoll got up in arms, and threw a dog at him. He was booked, and posted bail.Stoll has a couple notable tattoos including “Hustle, Eat, Sleep, Repeat” and “What doesn’t kill me makes me stronger”. No hot dog related tattoos that we know of. But we think he should consider it. That’d look cool.
