Things That Make You Go Hmmm…
We had dinner and drinks with friends of ours the other night and my friend Tanner (not drinking yet) said “Have you ever thought about mirrors?”
Now, I hadn’t thought about mirrors until that moment and now I can’t stop thinking about them. Weird right? But think about it. How come when you look in a mirror it’s not exactly how you look? I know it’s a reflection but why isn’t the reflection exactly how you look? It’s like when you listen to yourself talk on a daily basis but then hear a recording of yourself and it sounds completely different. WHY? These are the things that I wake up thinking about or most definitely think about in the shower.
Things that make you go hmmm…
We talked about it on the air and our text friend Henry text us things that he thinks about in the shower. Think about these things for a minute.
- “At any point in time, you are at the edge of the earth.”
- “Why is it you can fall asleep, but you can’t fall awake??”
- “Why can’t water get wet??”
- “If you’re making an egg salad sandwich with Mayo, your just putting egg on egg.”
- “Who decided it was healthy to eat and drink mold?”

“How is it KoolAid tastes like the color and not the flavor?”
One other thing I keep thinking about is how on earth do you get a target or home depot gift card for Christmas and it is made much more durable than your social security and vaxxed and relaxed cards? Folks. Something is wrong there!
