NBC reported that people everywhere are completing a full-body workout in the time it takes for an egg to boil. This is fun and quick and you don’t need equipment if you don’t want it. You’ll be doing squats, lunges, air punches, and crunches by the time an egg is fully boiled.
The Hard Boiled Egg Workout is simple and straightforward; all you need is an egg timer and maybe a pre-workout! First, put a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a rolling boil. Once the water is boiling, set your egg timer for 4 – 13 minutes (honestly however long you cook your eggs).
Then start your sets of exercises as soon as you set your timer. You can do squats, lunges, air punches, crunches—you name it! Keep going until your egg timer goes off. Sounds easy but it is most definitely NOT.
