Two Delicious Diners Set To Open First Las Vegas Locations
There is nothing quite like walking into a diner and getting some delicious comfort food. The New York/New Jersey area is known for the old school diner. Southern California is also known for many delicious diner chains that are quintessentially SoCal. Well, Las Vegas is about to get diners from both areas that will make your stomach smile.
Famed diners from New York are set to come to Las Vegas
First, New Yorkers rejoice! Delicious cheesecakes, comfort food and an elevated diner experience is coming to Resorts World Las Vegas! Juniors Restaurant & Bakery claims to have “The World’s Most Fabulous Cheesecake”. We can attest, the cheesecake is reallyĀ reallyĀ good. “Fabulous” is a very Vegas claim, so why not be here!
Their food goes beyond the cheesecake. Their breakfast and entree menu is pretty full featured. Everything from gut-busting deli sandwiches to steakburgers, all of your breakfast favorites to a baked onion soup that is to die for! Again, we can attest. It’s amazing.
Junior’s only has four locations: two at and near Times Square in New York, their original location in Brooklyn, and at Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut. This will be their first location out of the Tri-State Area and is set to open this November.
SoCal favorite is heading up Interstate 15
Southern Californians, there is a big surprise in store for you as well! For the first time ever, the famed Norm’s Restaurant is leaving the comfy confines of the greater Los Angeles area and building a new locations on West Charleston at Decatur come next summer.
Norm’s has been around since the late 1940’s and now boasts around 20 restaurants – many of them 24 hours. The menu features cheesecake, but imported from The Cheesecake Factory. Still, the food is all comfort with a huge selection from breakfast to seafood and everything in between.
Here’s hoping our Norm’s makes the 24 hour thing a “norm” and we can get some solid, non-Denny’s options during the late nights. We do love some Peppermill, but that parking lot is pretty dicey. It will be nice to have options!
