It’s International Spa Day – Check Out AWANA Spa
Today is International Spa Day and if you are in Las Vegas there isn’t a better place to be on this day because of all of the incredible spas we have in Vegas. The standalone ones and the ones nestled inside the resorts on and off the Vegas strip.
I recently went to Resorts World to check out their spa, AWANA Spa. My goodness, it was absolutely stunning. International Spa Day should be spent there in my opinion.
Resorts World Las Vegas is home to a sanctuary of serenity and rejuvenation also known as AWANA Spa. The spa was designed to have you feel you are walking into a little piece of heaven or an oasis if you will and let me tell you… they did it right! It’s the sounds, the smells, the views. Pure bliss. Take it from me; don’t wait for International Spa Day to check this out!
When you walk into AWANA Spa, your senses are immediately hit with soothing smells of essential oils, the gentle relaxing music, the aesthetics of the space is so captivating. The decor is beautiful and it’s all the thoughtful touches of it that truly stuck with me. It whispers luxury and comfort.
When I got there I was handed a bracelet that could lock and unlock my personal locker, a cozy robe, and sandals. While I was changing the hostess let my esthetician know I was there so by the time I walked out she was waiting for me outside the locker room to take me to my room. She gave me one of the best facials I have ever had in my life. When she asked me “Would you like to look 6 years younger?” She meant it. I looked like I had aged backward.

After my facial my skin felt rejuvenated, hydrated and it was glowing. My esthetician gave me a tour of the rest of the spa and said I could relax by the hot tub area or in the crystal room to relax before getting dressed and heading out. I decided that was exactly what I needed.
At the heart of AWANA Spa is a beautiful escape in the Co-Ed hot tub oasis. One of the highlights of the Spa. Surrounded by warming chairs, there are 4 connected hot tubs all with different temperatures to make sure everyone can get a comfortable desired temperature. There is a slight waterfall in the center that just has the most relaxing sounds. Off off the hot tub area is a crystal room and a sauna. I could have stayed there all day and I definitely did for a few hours.
Beyond facials and hot tubs, AWANA Spa offers a bunch of other amenities to give you your own perfect experience. From massages to body treatments, there are so many different ways to pamper yourself and nourish your body, mind, and soul.
