Fabulously Filthy: Comedian Jimmy Carr Coming To Las Vegas

He has a laugh like a hyena drunk on spiked seltzers, and dark humor that'll make you feel bad you laugh. Comedian Jimmy Carr is taking his comedy to the Las Vegas Strip in 2024.

The Mirage Hotel & Casino just announced the hilarious Brit is performing at The Mirage Theatre on March 16th. It is one of several stops in his "Terribly Funny" comedy tour through the states.

Jimmy is known for pushing the comedic envelope quite a bit. If you're sensitive, you probably shouldn't go to his show. Frankly, you shouldn't go to any comedy show. Leave your sensibilities at the door and get ready to laugh until it hurts.

Carr is like a living, breathing South Park. He is an equal opportunity offender. Americans, women, men, religion, there are no third rails. He somehow finds a way to maneuver his way with his charm and dry humor to get away with it.

Oh, and don't try to heckle him. It won't end up well for you.

He hosts a show called 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown and it is one of our favorites!

The premise? Comedians from a panel show called 8 Out Of 10 Cats (which he also hosts) competes in the nerdy letters and numbers show Countdown. Think if Whose Line Is It Anyway tried to do Jeopardy and it was a weekly show. Along those lines.

Steve Carell is one of the most versatile comedic actors in Hollywood. He's widely recognized for portraying Michael Scott in the American version of The Office television series. Carell has received numerous accolades for his acting in film and television. He was born on August 16, 1962, in Massachusetts, as the youngest of four brothers. It was in 1996 that Steve was a cast member of The Dana Carvey Show, a short-lived sketch program that lasted one season. Though the comedy program only lasted seven episodes, it has been credited with forging Carell's career. Steve went on to star in several back-to-back comedy films in the 2000s, including 2004's Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy, the fan-favorite The 40-Year-Old Virgin a year later, Evan Almighty, Get Smart, and Date Night.
