6 Shows We Say Goodbye To In 2017
The world will be a less funny, less stylish place without Mindy Lahiri. The Mindy Project is wrapping up this year after six seasons. The show –which began on Fox, was canceled, then found a home on Hulu–isn’t the only popular program to come to a close in 2017. Here are a few other shows we’ll say goodbye to this year:
New Girl
The show was renewed by Fox, but only for a shortened (and final) seventh season, much to fans’ disappointment.
Girls
The show made you laugh, cry, and sort of want to reach through the screen and smack the characters at times, but you have to admit it was a captivating one. Its final (and meatiest) season yet came to a close in April of this year.
Pretty Little Liars
The show ran for seven years and built up a heavily invested fan base in that time. The final episode, which aired in June, revealed the identity of “A” at last.
The Vampire Diaries
We no longer get to gaze into Ian Somerhalder’s deep, dreamy blue eyes, as the show ended in March.
Workaholics
The Comedy Central show wrapped up in March after 7 seasons.

TV will be a less funny, less dramatic, less binge-worthy place without these shows to look forward to next year. But where there is a dusk, there is a dawn and we look forward to the new shows on the horizon!
